1. Cell 3 discharges much faster than the other two. I'm going to read the resistance of all 4 wires see if there's a diff.
2. Any way to cause this in the settings?
3. yep, my batt is unbalancing with the new settings. New Lipo. I have 3 new lipo's and they all do it. I cleaned the connections also. But no dice. This is what they looked like. I'm at a loss.
4. So, My PSO Dna 200 has been sitting on the shelf after haveing a Batt unbalancing issue that I just couldn't figure out. 6mo later it came to me.. I haven't been able to confirm yet but I'm too excited to wait. I think it I had the Wh setting wrong. I've been calculating for what I thought was a 1300MAH Batt but now believe to be less. Manu BS-ing me. Maybe. I've changed my settings to 1000 MAH 11.1. So the question I have is would an overestimated WH cause the batt to drain too much and unbalanced the cells? I will reply with the results. Thanks Cinci
5. Nice! With the pin headers and these chips I will be set a couple times over. Both together were around 8 us shipped. Thanks guys.
6. Too cool! Pin headers are in the mail can't wait.
7. I would like to build a home made charger to bring up a single unballanced cell quickly via this method: In the video he never explains what kind of power supply would be needed. Any recommendations?
8. Finally got to it. The iso and toothbrush seem to have done the job. Yesterday morning I cleaned the board and put my battery (c1-4.18, c2-4.18, c3-3.99) on the charge... I noticed steady (if slow) improvement throughout the day.. This morning i'm siting at 1c-4.20, c2-4.20, c3-4.15. Too soon to be certain but i'm pleased so far. If i ever have to clean the board again i will definitely have to try wirdl0ve's method. Thanks again guys. This forum is awesome!
9. Ok so I'm having a problems with cell 3 discharging itself. I opened the board housing and this is what i found... See the black stuff? Mabey juice.. Idk. How should i go about cleaning this?
10. Thanks for your reply. I am still within the warranty period so I'm hesitant to open anything up. It wouldn't be a big deal to spray the board with some sort of recommended electronics cleaner but... I guess i'll go through the process and vape my mecs for now.
11. Sorry guys. I'm not able to give you any data on the HCigar replacement batt. I'm having a problem with my s200, for some reason when it goes idle cell 3 drains and unbalanced the lipo. Same with 3 different Batteries. Any ideas... I contacted my supplier and am waiting to hear back. If I can in the future I will post the battery analyzer results in a new thread.
12. H_cigar replacement battery came today. Its tight but fits. Going to give it a couple cycles then run the analyzer to find the true mAh.
13. Was supposed to ship 20-22... Shipping label created but not in route as of 26th. Review on VapeNW say that the replacement to be actual 1300. The original battery lasted me a whole day so original specs are acceptable to me. We will see, when it arrives i will analyze and report back... Should i give it a couple cycles or is it ok to analyze on first charge after shipping?
14. The original battery ran great for 6 months then developed a bad cell... would not charge but to certain point, opened it up and puffed-up cell 3. So i went searching and read that the vt200 had the same battery and there was a replacement being sold. Did some looking found it on fasttech but being the impatient guy i am I didn't want to order from them. Measured the dimensions of the oem and found the best replacement i could find for the time being. At the same time i placed myself on some stock alerts with diff US sites and a couple days ago sweetvapes emails me saying the vt replacement battery is back in stock. Not thinking i recycled my original batt and have since forgot the measurements… So I have no way to verify and just looking at the 900 in the s200 case it's tight as is. Was hoping a member of the forum has replaced there S200 battery with the vt replacement and could confirm that it will fit.
15. So i'm a bozo am i?... jkn Wellcome. As for a tank w/ less air flow more flavor search the net for mouth to lung vaping, direct lung vaping and tight D L vaping... See where you fit, then search. Ex: Good mouth to lung flavor tank... maybe look at the kayfun v5 :T D L... Kayfun v3: M2L. both grate flavor. Most everything in vaping is subjective. Do your research. read read read! See ya around the forum.
