It won't connect to escribe

Is there a reset on the mod anywhere?

Nothing has worked. Screen is black and won't connect to escribe says can't figure out device version

My screen jyst strays black.

Can you still connect to escribe with out batteries in the mod

Note it says can't figure out device version

I can't connect it said device in use no it saying failed to open serial port

My hcigar 133 has been draining my batteries very quickly. Then just last night it started to fire in my pocket and the only way to stop it was take batteries out. I put them back in and it started to fire again I took them out and now no matter what batteries I put in it won't turn on.
