U have to check ur Escribe battery settings maybe it is set to 3x 18650 if not then contact evolv support , because it is a faulty chip , had the same issue with a finder dna 167 , my issue is a little bit different though

Oh one more thing. I can use a battery in both sides just fine , sometimes it just refuses to power up , then I just change position of the battery close the battery door and its up and running again , I was thinking maybe battery sleds has poor contact with the batteries themselves ? Im really lost... I will tell tommorow if the soldering or wiring had something to do with it. But if anyone has any ideas I would be glad to hear em out...

Giz come on , I didnt have my escribe turned on and the guy understood me , dont be so grumpy , cheer up :D. As far as I know u can have only one theme active but you can customize it to your likings.

Download the file , launch escribe software connect ur device to pc , then go to the screen tab , click load theme , and select the file u have downloaded, then click upload settings button wait for the upload to complete and u will have ur selected theme on ur dna 75c device

Well i think both of sleds are wonky , will check volts with voltmeter , and search for mistakes in soldering. How can i check for the bad connection with device monitor ?

It is super easy u just download the escribe software dna 75c compatible ofcourse , and connect the device to the computer. Then on the upper part of the screen it should say that the new service pack is available. And no need to thank me , Dna devices are a lil bit advanced , so everyone needs some time to understand it properly as for the pictures you can download a custom theme , or create ur own , but i find downloading custom theme and changing pictures myself easier than creating all new theme.

Hello , im not a professional but you have to use escribe software which is compatible on mac OS or windows only , you just need to connect the device and apply the latest service pack.

Hello , so after my last frustuation of finder 167w getting broken , i got a board replacement and everything worked fine , yeasterday i have got myself a brand new hcigar vt75d , and it was acting a bit wonkey, its a parallel device but when i put both batteries in sometimes it doenst even turn on i have to open battery doors and change position of the batteries , then it starts working but not as expected , after nearly full discharge i have noticed that battery life was awful , so i just took out one of the batteries to check their voltages seperately and here it goes again ... one of the batteries were 3% while another one was sitting on a full 4.18v , so i charged them and tried to swap batteries in places , the same problem occured... the funny thing is i can take out and put in the same batteries inside but they show different voltage almost everytime... could it be a bad wiring / soldering issue ? Tried to charge it on usb , one battery got charged to 93% while another was sitting on 9% ( right where it was discharged) Im really upset , any help would be apreciated , thank you.... P.S. All the photos were taken at the same time , i have just swapped batteries in places EDIT just checked both batteries in pico 25 show 81 and 82 % while the dna at the moment shows 61% with both batteries inserted

Okay. So im getting pretty anoyied about this.so i got my dna 250 board replacement. it was working fine until today it started acting strange , dna itself started showing that ohm is 0.01 when it actually wasnt tried it with different atomisers , so i just took out and put back in the batteries it was working okay again. but the issue is that it is showing that my battery level is 0% it works fine this time , cause the reason i got a replacement was that it showed 0% aaand i couldnt vape it. now the issue is that it shows 0% while in device manager it shows actual voltage it is 3.6 for now. So i wanted to ask maybe i wired something wrong or what is the problem now ? it was working just fine yeasterday and today until that thing happened... adding my escribe settings. any help would be apreciated. tired hard reset soft , reset , reseting to default.

Uuum it was always like that , i think it was at 9wh with vtc5 and now 11.1 with vtc6 but its not the case it worked just fine earlier.

Oh sorry that was just a copy paste of a letter i sent to think vape themselves my bad... Im not home right now will post it tommorow. But as far as i remember escribe showed that one battery is like 4.4v and another is 0.73 or something , and no it wasnt batteries fault , tried brand new vtc6 , vtc5 , 25r's. the only time i used escribe was to make wh and mah settings to fit my batteries, tried hard reseting , soft reseting... And im pretty hopeless , gearbest refuses to respond for like almost a month. As i said i will post the mod tab pictures when im home thank you for your help

Hello, A month ago i bought one of your products it was think vape finder dna 167 box mod. me and my friend bought one from fasttech , and gearbest. One day after i charged my batteries and put it in my mod , it refused to work. After two weeks the same issue occured to my friend. it just refused to turn on , and was showing 0% battery level. We tried to reinstall software , check all the settings in escribe , and it didnt work. The only think that worked was turning on psu mode but it still showed 0% of batteries , but it was firing. Im adding a video like a proof. And i would kindly appreciate , any help i could get, as for gearbest i dont want to spend fifty euros , for them to replace it.
