Like the title says, scary thing happened last night. I was using my phone on the sofa in the living room with lights off and put triade 250 on the table right next to me. 15-20 minutes after, I hear this loud swooshing sound and glowing light. My triade 250 self fired and my dripper was on fire. So I suddenly grabbed it and blew it with my mouth to turn the fire off and straight ran to the bathroom. It fired so hard I opened top cap and it smelled nasty and coils were melted in that short period of time.It's showing warranty service and not working at all. I thought this things happen only with mechanical mods.What if it happned while I was sleeping??? What could have caused this maximum self fire to happen? It wasn't even connected with usb charger when it happened.
