It fits ok without any messing. You just push it down towards the wiring and it just clips under the edge of the 510 housing. As to whether it is worth it or not that's debatable given that it is not a true 1300mAh i only did it because the original was goosed and it was a straightforward replacement. Well the replacement board arrived today and it is fitted and working as it should so far. One slight hiccup was that i sent the faulty one back with the xt30 connector still soldered to it and the replacement came without one. Because i was eager to test it i have soldered the battery to the board while i wait for another xt30 to arrive.
Yes i realised when i saw the picture on the dna 200 home page. If you click on the second picture i posted on page 1 of this thread you can see the gap in the middle where the 2 pins are missing.
