60c wont stay connected

Hey, does anybody have a hack i guess, for a 60c that wont stay connected, example, hits (fires) then wont, says" no rba" and wont fire without micro adjusting the tank and nut, unscrewing etc, it just stops working, Iv tried other themes, locking the ohms didn't do it, tried Noalox on connecting pieces, nope, different tanks and bridges, I'm at wits end here any ideas would be appreciated , alot

I wire brushed the threads and contacts, and is fine now
