What am i missing?

So i harvested a board from a triade 250c, which is 3s config. i rewired it for my 3d print project to be 2s and i changed it in the settings as far as i can tell. When i plug in the board to usb everything works normally and device monitor shows me both cells at around the same voltage level. Now my problem is if i unplug usb nothing happens, its just dead pressing fire button does nothing no LED or screen working. So what am i missing?

Nvm i tried another board from a paranormal 250c and it seems to work normal, must be that other board is broken
