(Solved)Paranormal 250c loose 510..

Hi all, was wondering how I can fix a loose 510 connection on a Lost Vape Paranormal 250c?  When the tank sits on it I can feel the tank wobbling around. The actual silver ring around the 510 connection lifts when the tank is nudged. I already sent Lost Vape a message about it on Thursday but haven't heard back yet. Was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and how they've handled it. Thanks.

Just tightened screws around ring. Thought they were just for show. That fixed it.

What size is the bit ? is it hex or torx ?

It's a torx t5.
