Lost Vapes Paranormal DNA 166 (DNA250 board)

Spent a ton on this mod because I heard all the hype over it. I absolutely loved it when it worked. Now, I'm getting "check battery" and a reading of 0% battery even on a full charge. I reset in escribe as well as set the batteries to 2 instead of 3 and uploaded settings, still nothing. Only owned this for not even a full month and this happened. Huge bummer, never had this with any of my other mods. Any other ideas aside from submitting a ticket?

 

ps. how long is the process of having Evolv fix it? my other mod got stolen.... out of my checked bag at the airport and the airline and airport wont do anything about it. bad luck on my end, lol.
