VT75D-Boost

My first post, hello all!

I own a 75D, I have read here about Boost when using large Kanthal builds, in particular using the International version of Escribe. Yesterday I downloaded Int. 2.0, and being a novice didn't get it to work, so reloaded US 2.0. Now here is the issue, I do not know if I found a bug, I updated the 75D to service pack 8, 1.1-27, on my 75D Boost is working using the US version. Is this normal? Does Boost work with the US version?
