Error chip preheat in any material

I am new to the forum and release me with a question relating to preheat the dna75c. I am not able to find it anywhere and set up the second of said preheat, if it is not given that value is impossible to work. I have a dna 200 which if it gives the possibility to put seconds and it works really well but in the 75color chip it does not. Does anyone know how to give it that value? besides that value can not be configured through theme designer either.
