Tuglyfe DNA 250 Li-Po Issue

I have a DNA 250 Tuglyfe mod, the device is discharging rather quickly (around 2 puffs per 1%) and the device gives a low battery message at 18% battery life. I have no idea if my battery is a 2-cell or 3-cell battery.

Can anyone advise on what to do?

I have the same mod and tugboat tuglyfe with in built battery is with 3 cell.

i am already having loads of issues with this mod and the company is not entertaining any returns or repairs.

2 of my friends same mod has serious battery issues and they have stopped using as the batteries are not available and there is a manufacturing defect with the mod.
