TOO HOT on screen DNA250

I´ve got a problem with my DNA Avatar RS250w.

When I press the fire bottom on the screen appear: "TOO HOT" and doesn´t work.

I try fix it with the EScribe, but I can´t.

Do you know how to solve it?
