Boxer 167 showing one battery 0%

I'm guessing that i have a short. Cell one shows 0% while cell 2 shows full charge. I have replace batteries with 4 different sets but same results.

Something that customer service had me do, use a DMM to check voltage at the JST plug where it is attached to the board.  possibly reflow the solder just incase there is a problem with the connection.

well i now that quite well. uv got a disconnection on one of the balancer wire. or broken wire lets say.

I got in touch with ginger vapes and it seems the chip set fried somehow...

 They are replacing and should have it back shortly.
