I think this is Mostly DNA Board Problem

Yes i have this problem now with my second mod, vt167 DNA250.

Last time i succeded returning dead board from my triade 200 at evolv and got replacement, thanks alot...

Now with second mod that i bought while waiting my returning board arrived had another problem. My second mod (vt167) is used but in superb condition, then the day before yesterday that nightmare is come, yes nightmare because i spent all night to solve it but nothing else i shorted vt167 daughter board that burned its cell 2 onboard pcb line, doh.

The problem is cell #1 had 0.01v and cell #2 had 4.95v, sadly this problem came after i charge my dual 18650 batt using usb port beside using external batt charger like before. I try to search in this forum and i found many users have same problem with no luck except returning the board to evolv to get a new replacement board (if the board itself in waranty cover).

Yes, i can return it and got replacement, but it took more than 1 month before arriving
