postfixx Posted October 13, 2015 Author Report Posted October 13, 2015 Hey guys, was wondering if you awesome developers could add an "x Click to power off" and a "x Click to power on" function. I know there is an "x Click to lock" function, but to be able to power off the device would be amazing.What I'm talking about is similar to what they have with the IPV3 Li, where you can click 5 times, and select to power off the deivce. I think this would be a great feature to have to preserve battery life, and increase safety of the already amazing DNA200.
nicovape Posted October 13, 2015 Report Posted October 13, 2015 you can already lock the device and after 1 hour i think it is, it will go in sleep mode. where it doesn't eat much battery at all.
Spirometry Posted October 13, 2015 Report Posted October 13, 2015 If it was powered off, then how would it know that you pressed the button 5 times to turn it back on?The only way to turn it off is with a mechanical switch. This also applies to your IPV3 Li, cell phone or even home computer.
