Charge issues

The last few days I've had issues charging my battery. I have a Lavabox with the 900mah battery. When it charges, I have the cell voltage on my charge screen. The cells all charge to about 4.1 volts, but the battery meter is not full. When unplugged, it reads around 70%. It also discharges as if charged to 70%. I tried resetting everything to default in escribe, and I got one charge at 98% after that, and then the next 2 charges both topped at 68%. Anyone else dealt with this? Any ideas on how to resolve? Device is only 2 weeks old.
