Device not going into profiles page

Hi All

Please assist.

I have a Vapor Shark DNA 200 device.

Everything is configured on escribe software for all the different profiles.

How do I go into the different profiles from the device?

I understand one have to lock the device by clicking power button 5 times.

Once locked hit + 2 times and then you should get the profile page.

Mine is not.Am I doing something wrong?

Not to worry guys.Sorted.Tried from wrong menu.

Im having the same issue, what menu do you have to go to to get your different profiles??

You have to Press fire button 5 times to unlock.Then Press and hold the - and + button for 2 seconds to go into Power lock mode.Once in power lock mode you can press the + button 2 times to go into profile mode.

omggg thank you! I was starting to get sad when mine wouldn't change profiles like it used to in prev versions lol. Thank you again
