VT200 showing watanty service

I tried to unplug the battery and reinstalled the firmware. The mod is working okay witout the battery but when i plug in the battery it shows warranty service again. Pls help with whats wrong.

Bad battery that's probably way out of balance, and apparently the board is okay. I did note some issues from others with some of the screws causing TC instability. The ground on the Balancer could be misreading the battery. You can try a Hard Reboot, check the board's screws for tightness and reseat both the Battery and Balancer connections. Ideally, if you have a LiPo Charger with Balancer only charging and or regular charging then charge the LiPo outside the Mod. If you have an Voltage Meter with DC 12V you can check the Taps to see Cell voltages.

DANGER WILL ROBINSON .. DANGER!!!! Holy cow your batteries are WAY, WAY overcharged!!!!!! Take the battery out and IF possible connect it to something to DISCHARGE. 

You're at a CrAzy 5.82V per cell, normal full is 4.2V per cell. Your LiPo is dangerously overcharged!

My battery seems to Have gone funny too. Used to charge to 4.2 on each cell. Now it stops charging at 50% around 3.8v and I. Have to replug thr USB cable to carry on charging but it goes to about 4.10v? Does anyone know this has suddenly happened?
