Guest Posted January 28, 2016 Report Share Posted January 28, 2016 It depends where you live I know I've gotten batteries in the mail from usps and ups and a battery phone case from Australia but the return address was from Sweden but usps delivered it. You may have to label it saying there's batteries in your package and pay a little more for shipping I would email a carrier and see what they say.
