Switched to mxjo18650 3000 mah 3.7 volt from 18650 2500mah 3.6 volt and battery meter don't read accurate.

So I am using the dna 75 therion and have a new set of batteries and not sure how to get the meter to read right now because it is on empty but I got plenty of power and juice still. I'd like to use both sets still is it not preferred to use two different types? Is there a way to set a profile foe each battery so the meter reads accurate with each set?
