Finder DNA 75 - 2 Battery Problem

Hello ,
my Finder DNA 75 is always having problem with batteries. So one battery is like 40% and the second one is like 90% after couple of hours. So the discharge is making batteries different. why does that even happen? does my finder use second battery at all? how to check that?
