I've been using this device for a month and 1200 puff, a week ago. After i charge my device, It can't read the cartridge,auto-puff nor using a button. And always appear "Check Pod". I've done a lot of things to resolve this problem. 1. From checking the pin connector, and it looks normal 2. Changing to four different cartridge from 0,6 to 0,8 3. Open the seal to check if theres any leaking 4. Using different combination of button 5. And last but not least updating the firmware with EScribe 6. Using the Puff and Fire button in EScribe None of those were working, and up until now, it still can't be use. So i need some help, maybe if anyone ever dealt with the exact problem.
