  1. Sorry man, but if you can already taste a big difference when there’s just a small amount of juice left in than just refill the tank. The only time I ever burned my coils was when I forgot to refill the pod. Like, I’d be watching a movie, take a puff, and it tastes like dry cotton... but my juice bottle’s somewhere across the house, and I don’t feel like pausing the movie. A few minutes later I forgot about dry cotton taste.. taking another puff, and boom..burnt cotton and metal taste right in my mouth. With this pod, I’m sure that’s never going to happen again.. and honestly, that’s all I need. I can always just use my eyes to see how much juice is left in the tank, but with a DNA chip, I don’t even have to worry about it. No matter how little juice is left, it'll never taste burnt.
  2. Cold resistance is the same as yours, it goes to 0.8ohm when hot. 0.8ohm is the hot resistance, while "cold" is 0.50/0.55 You can go to device monitor in escribe and see it by yourself, your 0.8 ohm coil should go from 0.50 to 0.78-0.8 if it goes above that it means that coil is dry and anti burn will kick in.
  3. Sad to hear that man, hope you'll get a proper device with a fully functioning chip. Good luck 🍀
  4. Yes, I do get the same message and I'm not sure how the chip can detect almost empty tank when the wick is still juiced. So yes the feauture is to prevent burnt taste when you take a hit on a dry wick. It's the worst taste if you ever tasted that... Maybe it's me or my previous experience but I never had an expectation to get the mesaage "fill pod" while I'm having a small ammount of juice in my pod. I'll test the coil to it's limit when I reach 2-3k puffs on it. But from current testing it saved my coil and I'm happy with that.
  5. You don't get a message "anti-burn" instantly when you put the coil into pod? From my testings, on a fully empty coil and message "fill pod" I tried at least 7-8 times to puff and it let me for 0.something seconds, tasted like nothing and I could taste that the coil is empty but no wick was burnt. When I filled it with juice it tasted like always. Chip is doing pretty good job in detecting "dry" wick. Take an empty coil and try it man if you don't get the message or you taste something burnt it's faulty chip for sure.. There's always juice in the wick even if you see an empty tank, when the wick is dry that's when the chip kick in (at least on my device)
  6. I'm not sure man, I've bought mine few days ago and when I put any SS coil first thing it says is anti-burn, yesterday I've tested that feautre, my pod was dead empty and when I tried to vape red light has popped up and on display there was a message "fill pod" So far I'm very satisfied with this pod, this is my first oxva pod, before this one, I was a xros user since first model until 4th generation, before that I had caliburn few models, wenax.... Before xros and generally all in one pods, I had battery mods with sub-ohm coils I'm vaping for over 10 years and this is the most premium "simple" pod I've had. On 0.6 coil - 21w On 0.8 coil - 18w Never had any issue.
  7. @Wayneo Thank you so much man!! I'm on SP128 now, I'll follow the thread you've linked for the latest updates. Have a good day
