  1. Understood that the new FW will not address the pod fill issue, but will address previous known issues, and for that I am grateful! the mediakit can be found here https://www.oxva.com/pages/download https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/10tF2nLOlxEu9ujhNC5WGZYi7QUKG30_B it looks like the last updates were may, so no it is not up to date or accurate. I do not want to flood the thread with more unsolicited feedback, but even a link on the evolv home page to the most current firmware would be helpful. I realize the chinese ecig industry isnt really predicated on support, but seeing as this has evolv's name proudly co-branded it would bode well to consider providing that layer of support/accessibility oxva doesn't seem interested in doing. Knowing Sp68 will notify of new versions should nullify this need for those with it installed, but a new user will probably find themselves in the media kit above and downloading a 2 version old firmware and outdated escribe, just as I did Lastly, thank you for your testing and the support provided! I know its not easy and its often thankless.
  2. Thanks for the Firmware update, Will test and report back. I found it very difficult to find any information on the firmware, version or currency. If you have open communication with Oxva I would recommend they update their documentation in the goggle drive.
  3. Hey Wayneo, answers above- Not sure if the CSV's i attached earlier are helpful, but I did capture the fault in those logs consistently. oddly enough, I did notice that the issue seems to subside once the coil head heats up? kinda... once its rolling its good to go until it cools off again. I don't know enough about the coil heads or stainless steels material properties, does it make sense for SS to increase resistance when warm?
  4. Hi Wayneo, unfortunately it doesn't seem to make a difference in my specific case. The logs attached were with the prescribed settings, I have since rolled back to "stock". I tossed the 1.2 pod I was using into the trash and currently 1500+ puffs into a new pod without a single fill pod warning.
  5. Well, just as I posted the device cooled down, and i was able to repeat multiple failed puffs. Pt2 includes additional values i neglected to record in 829csv. P2 also includes a "pod fiddle" and resumption of successful vaping. Hope this helps in some way! 829pt2.csv 829.csv
  6. Can we have some insight as to why we think this might be happening? The inconsistency of the error is probably the most frustrating. I have this happening on all pod types (.8s and 1.2s). I'll pick up the device and it either works as intended, or requires 3-4 puff n fiddles (wipe off the contacts, slide the pod in and out, rotate the pod) then it works just fine, multiple rips in a row, pod warmed up etc. I am lead to believe its a pod issue, as it seems when i put a new pod in I get ~1500 puffs or so before goofiness starts occurring. SOMETIMES backing a volt off clears up the issue, which leads me to believe that I'm vaping within the performance window, and the pod is possibly dropping resistance? However, I will note that I struggle to recreate the issue when plugged in... I guess I am wondering if its more of a resistance triggering a fault, or a battery safety trigger? Battery safety would (in my mind at least) explain why the issue is not prevalent when plugged in. If I am able to generate the fault reliably while plugged in I will try to record on escribe.
