  1. Hi @James Bellinger Please find attached log files from eScribe Device Monitor. I have two mods, and two pods. One pod is 1 week old, and is the one that is struggling. Please note, there is no degradation in flavour on this pod, and other than the fill pod message, it is still going strong. On the other pod, this one is one day old and seems to be fine, although I do get the odd fill pod message. There also two photos. The one on the brown mod is the 1 day old coil and on the white mod is the 1 week old coil All files are named accordingly. I hope this helps. Many thanks in advance. 2. @James Bellinger Thank you very much for the reply and apologies for my delayed reply. I have been up to my neck in DIY all weekend, under duress from my wife 🙂 Anyway, I will get on that today, thank you. Having done a bit more checking over the weekend, I am starting to agree with @franticseven in that it might be coil related rather than board. I check the resistance under Escribe late on Friday and for the current 8 ohm coil I am using, the resistance is showing as 0.5 ohms. It is still relatively new and not showing signs of degradation in terms of performance and flavour (when I can get it to fire) but just seems to have given up the ghost early. I maybe wrong, but once I have finished work today, I will report back later as requested. Thank you.
  3. Hi @Wayneo Thank you for the reply. I have tried everything that you have suggested, all to no avail. I would like to make it clear that I am not new to vaping, and have been vaping now for around 10 years as well as being a promoter and advocate of vaping here in the UK, and also being a very committed user and advocate of DNA based mods. I have been using the OXVA XLIM pod kits in their different versions for around the last 12-18 months without ever having seen the stuttering issue on non-DNA versions. It is only since I started using the Pro 2 DNA with the 0.8ohm pods, that this problem has arisen. As mentioned, I actually purchased six of these units and 10 packs of pods and have tried all of them, and they all demonstrate the same issue, so it is nothing to do with an individually faulty mod or pod. Regarding the "Fill Pod" issue, i am very disappointed that your response is just that "you cannot offer any advice". This is absolutely not the level of service I would expect nor have experienced over the years from Evolv. There is definitely an issue, and again, this issue is across all of my mods, and after trying different pods. I did highlight that I had been reading another post, and your response was that it was a completely different issue. I don't think it is. The post I was reading was the one below, and feels very similar to my issue. The recommendation in this post was to actually make changes to the settings, where as your response to me was quite a patronising answer saying that you hoped I hadn't changed any settings. I apologies for what might be a perceived abrasiveness, but your response feels wholly unhelpful and lacking any focus on support around my issue. I will go back to OXVA linking this thread to get their thoughts.
  4. Thanks for the prompt reply @Wayneo This is what I have at the moment
  5. Hi, After an exciting wait, I eventually bought a few Oxva Xlim DNA pod kits here in the UK a couple of weeks ago alongside some 0.8 ohm stainless steel pods. Generally, I am very happy with them, but I have a couple of significant issues. When taking a draw, I am getting stuttering intermittently, like it is not getting a clear air flow At other times and more and more frequently, I am also getting a "Fill Pod" message and red light frequently, even though the pod is full, to the point now, where it is becoming unusable. In both cases I have tried. Using different pods Used different bodies / mods Tucked or blew through the pod when it is removed from the body Ensured battery is fully charged. Ensured contacts are clean and nothing on the contacts in the body. Tried restarting. All of the above does not improve anything. I have been reading through the thread linked below, and managed to update escribe as detailed, and tried changing some of the settings, but all to no avail. I suspect I may not be using the right values as the thread below is aimed at 1.6/1.2 ohm atomisers and not 0.8ohm. It is really disappointing having been a dedicated DNA advocate and user over the years when using subohm gear, and my initial excitement for the OXVA DNA Pod has wained massively. I did send OXVA ana email and they got back to me saying that you were working on firmware updates. Please could you advise. Many thanks Simon
