Hi everyone, I'm having trouble charging my DNA 250 Color. If I plug the USB cable. it starts charging for a few seconds, then it stops. I tried resoring the device to the default settings, but that didn't work too. I also tried three different cables obtaining the same result. Have anyone any clue of what is going on with my device? I'll add a screenshot, maybe it can be userful Thanks in advance
