So when I downloaded the much anticipated update for the Monarchy Theme, it wouldn't even upload to my device. Started to dig around in Theme Designer, fixing the initial error, and added some color changes to personalize it for myself. Could there be further issues? Possibly but at least now it can be uploaded to your mod. I hope this is taken as an act of good intentions, and if there is anything I can do to help in the future please do not hesitate to ask.
