Yes, that is normal in Germany. I´ll get another one.

I cleaned the battery connectors with alcohol but it does not have any effect.

With the HOG 4 (fully mechanical) i have that problem with the fire button every view month, because there is no MOSFET between batteries and fire botton as you can see in the diagram.

But i don´t wand to open the battery door because of the warranty.

I know, that Vaperz Cloud od´ffers spareparts,but i have a (wrong) battery indication 

1. I have warranty of 1 year, the device i ordered July, 28th-

2. I can send it back to my online-shop. But it takes  round about 2 weeks

I don´t think, that it is a connector problem.

Unfortunately, it´s the firt regulated mod since 3-4 years. All other Mods are full mechanical Mods Hog 3, Hog 3XL, HOG 4, Purge, etc.

Hi, i bought a Hog 400 DNA 250C July, 28th .

Since Friday i can´t use the device anymore. It allways schos me 12,4 -12.5 Volts. Batteries are fully charged, also with other Battery Packs.

I made a factory reset but the result is the same.

Any iea, what the prolem is? Or the board has a defect?
