[DNA100C weak puffs]

I have had the new software on the device for a week now. The first day, last Thursday, I played dams on 1 with the brithnes. 3 or 4 times had an error message "temperature protected". I couldn't figure out what this was. But no weak puff.

Last Friday afternoon I set the device to stealth. Haven't experienced a single problem since then. The device now works great for me. B.t.w. i have the stock theme on the device.

I don't know who is responsible for the SP45 but thank you very much the device works great.

I have installed EScribe2_SP27. Now DNA 100 Color was present in the Tools -> Apply service Pack. Then installed the 100C_Experimental_1_1_SP45_1_INT.sw service on the mod via Tools -> Apply service Pack. Now set the brightness to the lowest setting. I will test this tonight and tomorrow. It's going well now, but still want to test it one day. Starting tomorrow I will test the stealth mode. Next week I will post here if everything is working properly.

I installed SetupEScribe2_SP27_US_ServicePack but

There is no DNA100 Color in the Tools -> Apply service Pack.

After you download it put it in C/ Users/ your name/ AppData/ Roaming/ Evolv/EScribe Suite/Firmware/DNA 100 Color

Then use EScribe as usual to update the firmware.

But as I mentioned I am totally new to DNA or Escribe. I have yet to figure out how the update works.

If I put the sp45 in the right folder as you indicate above.

How do I update then?

And can I save the firmware that I now have on the device and restore it later, if the sp45 does not go well?

Wayneo. Yes it is the stock theme.

I don't know enough about DNA yet to change or adapt the theme.

After Psyentist's tip I've been playing with the brightnes and I've now got it

half way and haven't had the problem again.

Hi I'm new to this forum. I have a new Lost Vape Hyperion since last week and this is my first DNA mod. I have the same problem as Psyentist and multiple users in this treath. With the screen out of the first draw 
not at full power, the second draw is fine. I also noticed that if the batery life came below 55% to 60% the problem was gone. Like Psyentist, I also had my brightness set to 1 or 2. After reading his post I have my brightness back to full and as it stands now the problem has been solved. 

Now I have a bright screen which I don't really like. As far as I know, there must be a stealth mode on the DNA, which solves the bright screen, but I don't get it turned on. At least I don't know how to turn it on.

But I'm happy with my new mod doing an excellent job in TC mode. For this i had multiple Asmodus, multiple Squid industries detonator and a Yihi SL Class that I have not gotten to work properly till today, this is new in the cabinet.

I hope that I will experience more fun with this high end mod than with the YiHI.
