solved it .... ground cell pin was loose ... couldn't we bridge that to B- and pin4 to B+ ?

changed axis to show 1V - 4 V on the battery level to show the Cell 1 curve

Measuring the Voltage on the mod itself, its constant 16,6V no drops nor any bumps

Hey, i am pretty new to the forum and searched the whole for a simmilar issue:

I chjecked with a multimeter on the DNA250 Board solders. its reliably showing 16 Volt's every Cell has 4,2Volts (fresh charged in an external Charger) and all cells have been changed. 

 

Its allways Cell1, showing 0,0volts slowly taking up to 2.5ish and then drops again.  The mod shgows 4% all the time...  no matter what cells i put in
