this is so weird indeed.... after 90% its true doing these spikes .... any clue u found?

hello guys i just bought my new mod 4 days ago and when i started to charge the batteries i noticed something weird ... when it reach 90%+ i immediately i see spikes in device monitor

i tried new batteries and same issue 

i did set to default and re install 33 35 38 FW versions 

any clue this is hardware issues?

also i got my old paranormal DNA 250c same chip and charging works like charm with same batteries
