    I'm currently going through the same issue and none of the  updates from escribe seem to help. I want to send my mod in for repairs, but I've owned this mod for over a year, and I can't find the receipt. Contacting lostvape is becoming a bit stressful. Just out of curiosity, do you know if having the receipt is a priority? I can try contacting the store I purchased it from, but I have no clue if they still have my purchase on record. Anyway, cheers.
