Hello all, new to DNA and this forum. I just had a quick question, I watched a tutorial video on Escribe, and it says to use the watt hour calc in the program to input your specific battery stuff such as mah and volts, but the setting is gone, even in mfg. user interface. I haven't been able to find a way to do this, or is it no longer necessary with this chip? Thanks.

Just tightened screws around ring. Thought they were just for show. That fixed it.
Hi all, was wondering how I can fix a loose 510 connection on a Lost Vape Paranormal 250c? When the tank sits on it I can feel the tank wobbling around. The actual silver ring around the 510 connection lifts when the tank is nudged. I already sent Lost Vape a message about it on Thursday but haven't heard back yet. Was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and how they've handled it. Thanks.
