hi I've just put the 2 sets of numbers under each barcode on the box and cover and both are saying there are no such numbers and one said this number has been searched 18 times wtf . am i not putting in the right numbers and where is the serial number for my mod please for authenticty

Hi and happy New year, I'e just got myself a paranormal 75c and it says in the instruction booklet I have to upgrade my firmware before use. The thing is I'm really not that good on a pc as I've never owned one. Is it straight forward and easy or complicated and can I connect the 75c mod usb cable to my samsung galaxy s7 edge ?
