i have a lavabox dna 200 i have had for about a year now and its been working without any issues till a couple months back i got a message on the screen that said service warranty i tried contacting volcano but no answer i tried unplugging the battery and it still says the same message it wont charge at all while the message is up it went away worked fine then came back on now im stuck again please help thanks in advance
