[How maximize battery life on Therion 166?]

I would like to know the process for maximizing my battery settings for my DNA Therion 166 mod. I'm fairly new subsiding from applying themes as well as making them. 

I am using Samsung 2500Mah 3.7V 18650 batteries if that helps. Any advice would be helpful!

Solved. Downloaded the Therion 166W DNA software and reset the device.

Lastly,

The device successfully changes themes. However, the result is the same regardless The display shows the following: 

0.00 (Ohms) 

0.00V

0.0A 

 

Both batteries are reading at a consistent 4.08 volts.

Additionally,

When connected to the eScribe software, I can do the button simulation which successfully allows me to move the wattage Up and Down but when simulating pressing the Fire button, I receive a Check Battery error. Not sure what my options are at this point.
