Thanks for your reply. Its a DNA200 chip for sure. I read it on the pcb. Maybe its not SX350J then. But its the classic mod.

Dear All, I have a BOXER MOD SX350J classic DNA 200, the USB port is not working, using USB cable & power socket cable. I have tried several cables and PC's !! I want to connect it to ESCRIBE for set up and adjustments. Could you assist me to solve this problem. Thank you.
