  1. I guess I didn't get the cable perfectly aligned and the fire button pinched the new one again and now the new screen doesn't work. Is there anywhere you can buy spare screens? I feel bad for asking for free ones but this is kind of frustrating.
  2. Update: Evolv sent me a new screen. When I took the Hana apart I found the ribbon cable pinched in between the metal fire button and the switch on the board which would explain the stuck button and the dead screen when I received it. New screen is installed and it works great.
  3. Is it possible to just get a new screen and install it myself?
  4. Thank you very much. I actually sent an email last night and got a reply today asking for pictures. I sent some in and haven't heard anything back. I'm not upset at all these things happen. I will just be sad if I have to go without it for a while I've been looking forward to it for a while.
  5. This as bright as it gets.
  6. It is always dim. Does not change brightness when the fire button is pressed. Update settings does display on the screen but very dim.
  7. The newest that was released on the 17th
  8. Not on the front. I really don't want to send this whole mod back just to have the screen replaced. I could take the mod apart but I think that would void the warranty.
  9. I got my Hana V200 in today and the fire button was stuck down. I eventually got it unstuck and then found the screen was very very dim. It is on it does vape. I can see it if I'm in a dark room. I tried updating the brightness setting in Escribe but it stayed the same. Any ideas???
