Problem solved. It was user error, I had the wrong battery setting. It was on lipo4 which only charges to 3.6v ?? Thus the reason it only charged for a few minutes then quit charging. Anyway I've got it set to lithium polymer now and was able to fully charge each cell to 4.2v
I have a Hcigar VT200 that is not charging. I tried plugging into a wall wart usb, would not charge. I then plugged into the computer it started to charge for a couple of minutes then quit charging. My battery pack is at 10.7v with each cell at 3.58v Can someone help me with this? I don't know what to do. Thanks
