This same issue happened to mine. Got the unit, 30 minutes later the same problem with dead screen happened but blue ring it up, but device did not fire. I sent it back to Vaporshark, it was a bach of bad boards on devices originally stamped around 9/15/15 (check your batter door for date). They replaced the board and sent it back in a week. I just received it back today, and so far no problems.

This must be a bad batch?....I just received mine today. (VaporShark DNA200 Stamped 9/14/15) worked great for 30 minutes. Went to take a vape and nothing. I noticed the screen was black BUT, the blue ring around the fire button still illuminates. Device will not connect with escribe either. WTF?
