I had one die after a few minutes of non use. Was great for a couple days then just nothing. Fuse was still intact but it does nothing not even when connected to pc

Additionally, It had a firmware update a couple days ago. I don't remember the build date, but it was purchased through protovapor about 2 weeks ago. It was working so beautifully, I miss the Vale. It was the most consistent I have experienced since 2008 when I started.

It was idle and when I went to use it it didn't work.

It was a diy mod. It was working flawlessly for a couple days. And then it just stopped. I will contact the helpdesk, I was just hoping that maybe someone had an idea as to what could cause this. I know its difficult to diagnose without having it on hand though.

I was vaping at 420f and 50watts on a .1 build l, I took a pull maybe 3 seconds and when I went to take the next pull it didn't fire. I looked and the screen was off. I have tried plugging it in to PC and I get nothing. The battery was at about 40% . I opened the case and the fuses look fine, board looks fine. It was running for a couple days really great before it died. Any thoughts?

John that is what happened. I got in close to the OUT wire last night and it had been pushed into the via that connects to the fire switch (I assume this happened when I pressed it in to the case, as the OUT side is rather tight). I unsoldered the OUT and trimmed it some and soldered it back on at a slight angle that prevents it from being pushed into the vias. Now its working flawlessly.

@antyac2108 did you figure out what was happening with your board? I have the same or similar issue, and am at a loss for an explanation. I am going to try all the things suggested on this thread and hopefully I figure it out.

Thanks for the link macz,
If nothing else there is a list of things to try and check on, hopefully I can figure this out. -
I've got a board that when fired, continues to fire. I use the onboard switches and have removed the board from the box to test it with the same result.
It started the continues firing behavior intermittently at first then after a few minutes it became every time I pressed fire. I am at a loss as to why this is happening. I updated to the latest firmware, inspected the board, I cant see anything wrong. any others experiencing this kind of problem?
