Thanks rebooting worked. Yea im using Parallels on Mac, but i got it working. -

I tried that and it says "no compatible usb device is connected" -

I was in the middle of updating the firmware and before it finished i got a command error and the update didnt finish. Now my device wont turn on and wont to anything when connected to usb. Escribe says that there is no device connected and it also will not charge using a wall charger....HELP!!!
