  1. Anyone have a more reliable way of contacting opus because I emailed him and its been like two days since a reply, I really want this resolved

  4. Did some more research and yep, its a blown fuse, I take it that there aren't any quick fixes for this are there?
  5. Well I tried, but don't see a fuse and the board is like glued in or something so I can only see the side opposite the screen
  6. The only thing about that is I don't want to void my warranty which is what it says on the opus website if I open it.
  7. so I received my opus yesterday, once fully charge I started using it like a normal person would, today however, when putting a new atomizer on to the device the screen went black and would not turn on unless plugged in, I checked the device on the escribe software to find that it only is getting .01A for charging when at room temperature. I then went to plug it into a normal charger and the resting charge on the batteries went down instead of up. I have no idea what to try or check, any suggestions.
