Thanks. I did open a ticket. Thanks for the pic. That piece broke when trying to raise it. I don't know why it was so hard to open. Hope I can get it repaired.

When trying to attach the screen and cable I ruined the ZIF connector. Following the instructions I tried to lift the cover but I had problems finding what part was actually moving. I guess I was pulling on the wrong part and the whole connector came up with the traces . What should I do now???
