Anyone know if it is possible to send the board from a retail model directly back to Evolve for replacement? HCigar wants me to take it back to the vendor which is over an hour away.

Hcigar VT200, says the board was programmed August 12th if that matters.

I have the sleep issue as well, seems like the device is just dead until plugged into a usb cable. It does seem fairly warm during charging and tends to stay warm for as long as it is plugged in, even after charging is complete.
