[Lavabox battery unbalanced]

No matter, fixed it, there was a chip with a small blob of juice on it. Cleaned it off with isopropyl alcohol and put it back together. working perfect now Thanks guys

Yes i tested my new battery on an external tester and the cells were tested as all balanced, when i check with it in my lavabox it is reading as very unbalanced.

I bought a lavabox from a friend that was missing a screen and needed a new battery. Checked battery on an external balance charger and cell 1 was at 1.91v, tried a rebalance charge and it did nothing so i have replaced the battery for a Turnigy Nanotech 3s 11.1v which i tested on the balance charger and all cells read 3.86v. I installed the battery and went to escribe and updated battery config for the new battery and uploaded it to the lavabox. I then checked Device monitor, it is saying cell 1 is 3.72v cell 2 is 4.25v and cell 3 is 3.89v ?? Is my board cooked? or have i messed up the settings somewhere?
