I have tried that and still the same results

both mods are rx200 and I have tried removing the drivers and reinstalling them and it does the same I looked at both forums and did as the first one said and still the same issue as far as the second one goes it is also my post and I have tried it too.

I have one pc with windows 10 and one with windows 8.1 and both are doing the same thing

I'm having the same problem with 2 different mods and I have tried 4 different cables including the cables that came with my mods. I have tried rebooting my mods and even hooking them up with no batteries in the and still keep getting the same message. I am using version 1.0.42

I have downloaded and executed the file and it is still not connecting. I have attached a picture of the error I am receiving also showing in the picture where the device is connected and charging.

I will try this and if it doesn't fix the problem I will repost. Thank you for you advice.

It is a data charge cable, it's the same cable that I use with my Samsung s6. I have also tried the cable that came with my mod.

Please explain how you got your DNA200 to connect. I am having the same problem but on my laptop. I am running windows 10, 64bit. I have already uninstlled the software and rolled my pc back. The escribe software downloads and installs fine but when I connect my DNA200 you can see it pull the drivers and charge, but when I try to connect the DNA200 to the program it says no device found. Any help would be greatful.
