Thank you for the quick reply.
After a three second puff, I noted all three cells reading as follows
1. 3.29v
2. 3.19v
3. 3.51vBattery is at 47% percent
Pack is a little swollen, yes but nothing too bad. Not enough to warrant concern in my opinion. Just enough to notice.
I dropped the battery down to 44% and noticed this:
1. 3.33v
2. 3.09v
3. 3.61vThat cant be good
Also my soft cell cutout is set to 3.09v

DNA 200 with Gens Ace 3s 25c Lipo
I've noticed that the battery continues to get worse and now started blinking at above 70% using a 0.27 ss316l coil in temp mode hitting around 20 watts. When the battery icon starts to blink the vapor production falls and wattage falls to around 10 watts. Until I charge it up again. I've attached the mod to escribe and attached a picture.
1. 3.89v
v2. 3.88v
3. 3.93v
Is there anything I can try before replacing the battery?

I believe I accidentally applied a DNA200 service pack to a DNA 250 Board.
I have tried to apply the DNA 250 service pack to the board but it keeps failing, escribe cannot connect to device unplug your device and try again.
Hard rebooted still no dice.
Only charging at 1 amp.
I have no idea what to try next. Have I goofed beyond repair?

DNA 200 Board in a metal enclosure with a 1300mah 3s LiPo battery
Had to disassemble my mod today to fix a button issue (metal buttons replaced) and in the process of putting everything back together I laid the board down on the metal enclosure by accident and heard a spark. Very hard to tell exactly what part of the board touched the metal, and which if any part actually blew or not but now the fire button isnt working at all. Up and down buttons work fine, and usb works fine and when I hook up the board to escribe I am able to fire the mod with a atomizer attached. Technically everything is still in working order as far as I can tell, except for the fire button
I have no idea where to go next or how to troubleshoot this because I know the button didnt fail or come loose in anyway, its something with the actual board I am sure. Any tips on what to try next?

Great question. I never check the actual voltage because my screens are set to not show that. I'll hook it up to escribe and check though. As far as I know I calibrated the battery watt hours. Maybe I didn't do it correctly though. I'll check that too.BillW50 said:The battery percentage is only as accurate as the calibration (the user can do this too). If it is off a little, the percentage will be off a little. After charging, are the cells either 4.10v or 4.20v? Ig so, then they are charged up.

Most of the time after I leave my DNA200 on a 1amp charger overnight I wake up to it at 98% I have tried a few different usb pucks (half amp, one amp, two amp, different brands, etc) and I have tried a few different cables. Same thing happens. If I "wake up" the DNA and leave it without unplugging it, it'll usually charge to the full 100% Anybody else run into that issue? Battery is the Evolv 900 lipo

[QUOTE=lordmage]i find ss works best with the preheat off. i use
"Temperature (degF)","Electrical Resistivity"

-0,0.95433
68,1
121,1.15
302,1.2
380,1.25
482,1.30

I tried this with the 316L SS wire I have and it wouldnt catch temp control, just stood in power mode.
Some profiles I have of DJaquith's worked (v3.25 and v7)
Is there something additional I need to do in order to get that particular CSV to work? Or am I just doing something wrong?
The coil was used in a Taifun GT2 IIRC it is 5 wraps around a 2.5mm which ohmed out on my reader at about 0.9 ohms for what its worth. -
Lordmage can you elaborate on what those numbers are

Is there any updated profiles for SS316?
