    I did all those things. I appreciate the help. Nothing is happening at all when i connect it.

    When i connect it to evolv now...it says "Can't figure out device version" so yeah...it wont even connect to do a hard reboot.

    That is the one...I dont know how to do the hard reboot...I would love to be able to fix it without sending it in.

    I plugged my mod into escribe to change some settings and when i did that there was a warranty service sign. It connected and then when i went to upload the settings to device everything shut down...any help here would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
